We recently put an offer in on a house and when we got the disclosures, I called Todd to ask a couple of clarifying questions. He was absolutely amazing. He answered all of my questions and then went through the report with me to make sure I noted all the things he thought were most important. I could not have asked for a better interaction with a business!

Todd was fantastic to work with. He helped us inspect a home before purchasing it, both with an initial inspection, as well as a follow-up after some work was done. Todd was very thorough, detailing several items we'll want to address or monitor, but also he also helped us gain perspective on what needed to be fixed and what was a nice-to-have fix. I'm not the most knowledgeable person when it comes to maintaining single family homes, but Todd was able to explain everything to me in terms I understand. (My partner who *is* knowledgeable about home maintenance was also impressed with Todd!) The next time I have a home inspection need, Todd will be the first call I make.
